Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for shopping with INTERGRAVITY. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in our activewear.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review it promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Innerwear & All Sales Final)
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances for the following items:
All Sports Bras and Bralettes: Due to strict hygiene and sanitary standards, all bra purchases are final.
Discounted & Sale Items: Any products purchased on sale, clearance, or during a promotional discount event are Final Sale.
💡 Tip: Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before purchasing final sale items, or contact our customer support team if you need help finding your perfect fit.
2. Returnable Items (Tops, Leggings, Shorts, & Tees at Regular Price)
For all other product categories purchased at regular price—including tops, leggings, shorts, and t-shirts—we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, these items must meet the following conditions:
Returned within 14 days of delivery.
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags still attached.
Free from any stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, or pet hair.
Packed in their original packaging.
Note: INTERGRAVITY reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these hygiene and condition standards. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
3. Shipping Fees & Customer Responsibility
As an online boutique keeping our prices competitive, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
For Returns (Refunds): You must cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For Exchanges: You must bear the shipping fee to send the original item back to us, plus the additional reshipping fee to have the new size/style sent out to you.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email our support team with your Order Number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items and ship them back to us using your preferred trackable carrier.
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, your new item will be dispatched once the reshipping fee is settled.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with clear photos of the issue. We will review it promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
